Donald J. Pliner
Donald J. Pliner has been a player in the fashion and retail industries for more than 40 years. Born into a shoe making family, his first independent ventures were opening his own boutiques and developing clothing and accessory lines in Beverly Hills in the late 60’s. He played a significant role in importing European fashions to the states and was recruited by European shoe makers as a designer. He created his fashion forward name sake line of shoes and accessories in 1989. Today, Donald continues to develop an innovative line of luxury comfort footwear, mixing creative energy with ongoing entrepreneurial spirit. Donald J. Pliner shoes epitomize comfortable luxury.
