We hope you love your purchase, but we are happy to help you return and/or exchange your items. No returns will be accepted on sale merchandise, jewelry, undergarments or special orders.
You must notify us by email or telephone within 3 days of receiving the shipment if you want to return an item. For a refund on your credit card, the item must be returned to us, in-store, within 10 days of receipt. Any items received after the 10 day period will be issued a store credit. To request a return authorization, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or call 970.728.1513 with details of what you would like to return. To make it easy for you, once your return is authorized, we will send you a UPS call tag, at your expense. We are not responsible for any lost return shipments. Please note that all items that initially received free shipping, will be charged for shipping both ways.
All returns will be accepted at our discretion. We will not accept a return that has been worn, altered, washed or changed from it's original state. Returns must be received in original packaging with tags attached. Shoes must include original shoe box and packaging.
Please note there are no returns or refunds on gift certificates.
Extended Holiday Return Policy:
Items purchased, in-store or online, from December 15th - December 24th, must be returned by the 7th of January for store credit only.
